I have an extra calendar folder, that, I believe is a remnant from a VPN that
I was connected to, Many of my appointments go to that calendar, while I
synchronize to the calendar in my personal folder.

Oultook will not let me delete this calendar.

How can I find out the path to each calendar, and how can I get one calendar
for all my appointments?
