Thanks Diane

Have to say that's rather a shame having just moved over from Lotus Notes
which had that functionality. How do you find out when it was last modified ?

Calendar last modified

Outlook 2007 - A calendar is used by a Executive who has 2 admins both of who
create and modify entries in the Execs Calendar. Is there any way to tell who
last modified the entry ?

Thanks Diane, but I am not sure this will help when people view my calendar
to initially set up a meeting for them to be able to see if I am going to be
at their location that day.

I work at multiple locations, is there any way to label my calendar so people
can see which location I am at on a particular day? I don't have a set
