No, not who modified it, only who created it and what time it was last
modified. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "Paul S" wrote in message ... Thanks Diane
Have to say that's rather a shame having just moved over from Lotus Notes which had that functionality. How do you find out when it was last modified ? news ![]() How do you find out when it was last modified ? Display the calendar in a table view like Events and then add the Modified field using Field Chooser. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

This and a few other useful things are missing from notes, unfortunately.
Customize the All Appointments view and add the Modified field to the view. The easiest way is to use All Appointments view then click on the row of field name and choose Field Chooser then drag the Modified field to the row of names. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com/ Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: New Poll: What type of email account is your main account? http://forums.slipstick.com/showthread.php?t=42402 "Paul S" wrote in message news ![]() Thanks Diane Have to say that's rather a shame having just moved over from Lotus Notes which had that functionality. Well I'm not quite sure how to modify the entry, but I attended a great Franklin Covey webinar that helped me understand more about outlook. Here is the link to find out more information. http://tinyurl.com/y4xjamn
