I work at multiple locations, is there any way to label my calendar so people
can see which location I am at on a particular day? I don't have a set schedule so I want people to know where I will be at when scheduling meetings. Thanks -- Paul S |

you can use the location field on the meeting form or add it to the subject
or body. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Thanks Diane, but I am not sure this will help when people view my calendar
to initially set up a meeting for them to be able to see if I am going to be at their location that day. -- Paul S "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: you can use the location field on the meeting form or add it to the subject or body. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. That (and categories) are the only ways to do it.

We are using Live communicator here and users add a note in the status. We
are allways know where they work. to clarify - if you need to mark off dates head of time, create an
appointment or all day event - the subject or location field will identify the office you're working out of that day. Categories can also be used - I prefer subject tagging.
