Default how to add a custom button on the explorer "standard" commandbar

Hi all,

I would like to create a new custom button on the outlook explorer
"standard" commandbar (at the end of the commandbar), in the onconnection
event of my connector.
and best if there is a number available for a certificate X509 Image in the
images id's collection for the button images ...

Can any of you show me the code to create the new button on the standard
commandbar on any explorer instance ?

and last but not least how to create an install to deploy such addin from
the dll and dependencies... Do I need to register in the registry something ?

Thank you much in advance
Best regards

See the ItemsCB COM addin example in VB 6 on the Resources page at
www.microeye.com for an example of how to add buttons to an Explorer. See
the VS.NET information on that Resources page if you are using some .NET
language.
