Default Denied Outlook "Send" access via Explorer when DSL Yahoo service

My DSL service only through SBC 530 758 0126 devoted Microsoft XP media
single user
When default Explorer default able to access both Yahoo mail via

Preparing for beta Live blog need full access not only free domain name,
but use of Mircrosoft Norway


Just an old time (78) novice who needs help from microsoft given
