I'm using Outlook 2007 on Win Vista 32
I have my gmail and yahoo accounts set up and come in to my outlook. They are divided in to gmail folder with sub folders (3 in total.) I also have a yahoo folder with 3 sub folders. The yahoo email and the gmail emails go to the correct folder. However, when I have set up a rule for specific emails to go to a specific sub folder e.g. ebay sends an email to yahoo go to sub folder in yahoo called "ebay" the email is sent to the sub folder BUT there is still a copy in the yahoo folder too! Same thing happens with Gmail folder? The email goes to the right folder but a copy is left in the parent folder. Any help with this please? |
