Default draft e-mails not printing "to" and "subject" fields

i have drafted an e-mail which was sent to the draft folder. Upon opening it
from the draft folder I want to print the e-mail for edit. purposes by
another. The To field with the receipient's e-mail address and the subject
line is empty. Where and how do I change the settings to print these fields?
