When I right click on a file in Windows Explorer and select "send to email
recipient" it enters the file into the "subject" and also into the "attachment" field. Is there a way to have it put the file into the attachment field only? Thanks, Larry |

What is the problem?
You have to enter a recipient in the To field. Just change the Subject before hitting Send. -- Ron Sommer "cookoonest" wrote in message ... I am doing "send to" of around 20 files. It is too cumbersome to delete all
these from "Subject" field. I could do same thing by creating an email and just attaching the files but this takes more time (using Explorer each time). The application involves sending a lot of emails each day. I can get directly to the folders/files using a shortcut on my desktop or a program like "True Launch Bar" http://www.truelaunchbar.com/ . I'm looking to save some time and automate the procedure. Larry Ron Sommer wrote: What is the problem? You have to enter a recipient in the To field. Just change the Subject before hitting Send. Right click, Select All, this highlights the file names.
Start typing a new Subject. What is cumbersome about that? -- Ron Sommer "cookoonest" wrote in message ... I am doing "send to" of around 20 files.
