Default Changing the default fields in Contact data entry

I have tried but cannot find a way to change the default order for the phone
number and address fields when entering data into Contacts in Outlook. The
default entry order for phone numbers is Business, Home, Business FAX,
Mobile. I need to change that order to Mobile, Home, Company, Other. I also
need to change the dafault address in the new contact entry for to Home. Can
someone here give me some hints as to how this can be done?
