Default how to know the language application with VSTOv3

Hi,
I'm using Outlook 2007 beta2 and VSTOv3
How can I know the language of the Outlook 2007 interface programatically ?
My problem is that in the french Outlook2007 the Help menu is named "?" and
in the English version "Help" . I need to find the help menu to find the good
place for my addon menu.

thanks,

David

Use the ID not the name of the menu. IDs are constant. (And Outlook Spy is your friend for looking them up if you don't feel like writing your own code snippet.) See http://www.outlookcode.com/d/tips/commandbarfun.htm
