Default Attaching pdf or jpg files to form

Hi Sue,
Thank you so much for helping me out on the validation function. I've now
been given another task to figure out. Is there a way which a user can attach
a pdf or jpg file to the form before sending it out?
The form I have created is published in the Organization forms library for
all to use. I have gotten feedback that it will be awesome if the users can
attach files to the form. So instead of typing out a whole list of items in
the form, the user can just simply say "see attached".

Thanks again!

Just leave the usual message control on the form so users can click the built-in Insert FIle command.
