I have two folders in my Contacts list. One is for Projects, the other is
for Builders. In the Project folder, the name of the Project is listed in the "Company" field. In the Builder folder, the Builder's company name is listed in the "Company" field. Each entry also has a contact person in the "Name" field. So that I can quikly see which Builders are involved in a Project or which Projects a Builder is working on, I link them together. However, the name of the contact person appears in the "Contacts..." field (lower left corner). I want the Company name (name of the Builder) to appear in the "Contacts..." feild as this is more helpful to me. The only way I can think to do it is to create a second contact for each entry which does not include a contact person name as it will then default so the "Company" field is what appears in the "Contacts..." field. Is there a way to set the default so that the "Company" name will always appear there? |
