"Notes" field on contact form

Default "Notes" field on contact form

I'm creating a custom form to use for my contacts. When I insert the
"Notes" field, I size it to the desired size, and unclick the box in
Properties that says "Resize with Form". However, when I run the form, the
"Notes" field size changes to a single line with a drop down arrow, and the
fields that are below "Notes, are moved up. How can I make the size stay the
same from design to when I run the form?
