I get a window "Operation Failed" when I press send/receive
I am using Outlook in MS Office 2003, since I reinstalled the program after a
crash, I get the message above.

Reinstalling Outlook solves nothing. If you can't provide any information as

Since it happens on send/receive, I'd delete the SRS file for your profile.
