Sharing contacts in public folder
We are on exchange. How do I set up a contact list in in public folders
where whenever someone adds a new contact they are colour coded for the different person adding the contact? Also how do I import existing contacts from Outlook contents into the public folder contact list so I end up with just one list. Do I need to export them all to one list first and then import that list.
