Default Shared contacts list to show up as radio button selectable in Cont

We are using Outlook 2007 on Exchange 2003.
A department has established a shared contacts list in Public Folders.
Some of the users want to go to the Contacts function in Outlook and click
on either their personal contacts list or the shared contacts list.

How do I get the shared folder contacts list to be listed under All Contact
Items on the Contacts page of Outlook 2007?

The Show this folder as an e-mail Address Book is already checked.
If I Go to Contacts, how do I get this public contacts list name to be
listed under My Contacts or People's Contacts?

Add it to the Public folder favorites then it will be on the navigation
