Default Sharing Contact Information

Recieved email message with attachment that lists name and email address for
members of a group in Outlook. How I can enter these individuals into my
contacts list without retyping the name and e-mail address?

Also, I have created a group in Outlook on my computer. I want to send not
only the name and email address of these members, but also the information on
the contact cards. For example, Ken Cavanaugh, , 860 739-874,
75 Penn. Ave Niantic, CT, etc. And I do not want the recipient to have to
retype the informatin. What is the implest way to do this?

Answer depends on the format of these lists, which you did not post. Here
are the instructions. Adapt them to your list type.

DL's can only contain names and electronic addresses. Nothing more. There
would be no use for any other information in a DL. If you want to transfer
Contact data, send Contact data.
