Default Export & Import Wizard: where is it?

I saw on the right hand column, Import and Export and when I tried to drag it
over to File, it showed x meaning it wasn't going in to the FILE. I need to
export my contacts in to a csv file and cannot find Import and Export under
the File menu. It's driving me crazy.

Good morning, Hope you've solved the problem by now, but if not, here's the
solution that worked for me: Go to View, Toolbars, Customize. Then, drag
import/export from the right hand column to the "File" in the left hand
column, save and close. Hope this works for you, too. Robert

I'm trying to export some contacts in Outlook 2003. The online help version
said to find the "Import and Export Wizard" under the File tab, but there's
no such thing under the File tab. Am I missing this feature?

Sincerely,

Zakk

You may want to turn on your menu to show ALL items available.

- Select the VIEW menu
- Select the TOOL BARS (you may have to click on the
chevron arrows at the bottom of the menu to see all the
choices)
- Select CUSTOMIZE...
- Select the OPTIONS tab
- Turn on the check mark next to "Always show full menus"

The chevron character is a double arrow sort of character.
« only facing down.
