State the preferences you set for each field.
Enter names in their respective fields, not a derived field. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Museum Director" Museum wrote in message ... When I enter a new contact in the Full Name field, the first and last names are transposed in the File As field. For example, typing "John Doe" in the Full Name, results in "John, Doe" in File As. Opening the Full Name Details box, I find "Doe" in First Name and "John" in Last Name. When I correct those entries and close the box, File As displays correctly, "Doe, John" but now the Full Name on the address card reads "Doe John." This has happened several times, on different days after the computer has been shut down and restarted. |
