My import export feature in Outlook 2003 does not open. Can't back-up my
contact list. Any suggestions?

As posted in all the Outlook groups at LEAST once a day, usually more often.
Import/Export is NOT designed as a backup function.

Ignoring the fact that import/export is not the way to backup contacts (find
your pst and copy it to make a backup), what happens when you try to use the
import/export command? How did you get outlook (as part of the office suite,
standalone, downloaded etc) ? The download or Outlook Live version don't
include import/export.
