Russ,
First off, “Great Question Jill!” I have this same problem. I sub-folder my Contacts, just so I am not over whelmed by the sizes of the individual folders combined. My questions are "Does this work for all Outlooks from 2000 to 2003?" “If I am receiving mail from Exchange, does it have to be set up with server or just at the client level?” Thanks already for a great answer, I know I can use at home. Armor "Jill" wrote: it was so simple, I just didn't know where to go. THANKS!! When I send an email and press the To... button, my contact list come up and all I have to do is double click on the name/names I want to send and to. i have many subfolders in my contacts and can not get to them this way. how can I add my subfolders to my dropdown list? |

Armor, it's a client setting that works in all versions of Outlook. The Exchange server doesn't know and doesn't care what address lists the user is displaying in their address book.
