I need to download my contact information to an excel spreadsheet. Is there
a way to do this? |

In your outlook inbox choose File, Import and Export.
In the wizard choose Export to a File next Microsoft Excel next Select your contacts folder next Give it a name and location This will export every field in the contacts list into an exel file Neil "Larry H" wrote: I need to download my contact information to an excel spreadsheet.
