set permission to view contacts
tI have gone through my outlook contact and have put everyone in catagories
but i don't wan them to view my personal contacts how can i have them only view certain contacts once i give them permission to view? Can this even be done? -- Thank you, Brenda

Hi Brenda,
a.) create an additional Contact folder (File/New/Folder = Type: Contacts). Move your privat contacts to this folder and limit the permission for all for this folder. b.) Mark all contcs with the "Private" flag. Open a contact and in the right corner you see a flag for "Private" If you mark a contact as private, it is only available for you.
