Change Contact Folder into a Distribution List
If I have a Contact Folder with many entries, how do I make a Distribution
List for emailing without entering each email address individually again??

But why would you want to?
Select all Contacts in the Folder. New. Message to contact. There's more functionality in Contacts than in a Distr List.
