how to change layout of contact list and to share after change
I have made changes in the Phone List View of Contacts, by adding Fields,
however when I share that contact list with co-workers the 'new fields' are not there...Any suggestions

Create a new view with the scope "on this folder, visible to everyone" and the desired view settings.
