Hello
A customer has Outlook 2007 (not an Exchange client). When she attempts to delete a contact from her Address Book List she receives a dialogue with the following message: "Some names cannot be deleted from the address list. The action cannot be completed." This is a standalone computer receiving POP mail. The contacts were imported from OE6 originally although I hardly think that could be the cause? I theorise that the contacts are somehow protected from being deleted although I can't find a setting in Outlook to define this. Anybody know why this might be hapenning? Richard |
