I need to send a list of contacts to a coworker. However, I want to send only
those in one category, not my whole contact list. From previous posting I see
that one way is to create an Excel file then sort and delete to create
required contact list. Is there a cleaner way to do this?

Thanks for your help

In your contacts folder, switch to the view by categories. Then open a new
e-mail, go back to your contacts folder, select the category and drag it
down on to the icon of the e-mail on the (?, I mean the bar where also the
cock is). Hold the mouse a few seconds on that icon, and keep the mouse
button pressed. That will activate the mail window again,; now you can move
the mouse into the e-mail, and release the button. That attaches the
contacts to the e-mail.

Thanks for your quick response Michael.

I gave it a try and it attached each contact as separate file. Is there an
easy way for my coworker to add them all at once or must they be added one at
a time? (There are 48 contacts.)

Thanks again for your response.

They should be able to select them all and then drag the selection to their
Contacts folder.

Thanks Brian. I've learned a lot about moving contacts. It's much easier than
I expected.
