Help searching the notes field of contacts / office 2007
I am using office 2007 and Vista.
The search function does not search the notes section. Is there a fix to this? I have found some other threads that don't seem to come up with a solution. Any held would be appreciated.

Same as always. Just use the tried and true Advanced Find for those fields

That was already tried. It looks like my "notes" field has not indexed. I am also not able to add it in the advanced find, add criteria section. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Same as always. Can't reproduce your problem. Advanced Find works fine here. The only time

You can't, but Instant Search should work once your fields are indexed.

I have rebuilt the index and also did a repair to MS office. Neither of them produced any results, my notes seciton of my contacts are still not searchable.... Any other suggestions?
