Default New contact

I would like to change default when I open a new contact to have Home Phone
tab appear then Mobile, etc. In other words, I'd like to change the drop down
options to show Home Phone as a new input then Mobile then Business etc. and
save that as the default when I want to put a new contact in my Contacts.
I use Vista, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. I hope I have made myself clear,
I don't want to change how it is viewed, I know how to do that. I want to
basically create a new Contact card so when I open them, they all start the
same so I don't have to change with drop downs, etc. I never use the Business
number but it is always on the first line and would like to change that
order. Thank you.

Default New contact

Thanks Brian, but now I'm more confused than before, so is it saying a
default Contact form in Outlook 2003 cannot be changed?
