outlook contact data
Can Outlook to keep track of calls (not made through Outlook), conversation,
meetings, and notes for a contact? What I would lke to accomplish is to pull up a contact and view all conversation/calls, emails, and meeting in one place. Lotus Organizer accopmlished this with "links".

You can do some, if not all, of that with Journal entries (some manual, like

Thanks. I sorta figured that was the answer. Will the journal entries link to the contact in a manner that will allow me to few them when i click the contact? If so, who do i achieve this? Does Business Mgr do a better job of this? I think so but I haven't really used BCM all that much.
