Create NEW Contact Template - Outlook 2007...

I have a friend who knows how to customize the existing contact template but
was wondering if you can create one from scratch, and if so, where can he
get some information on how to do this. Sorry, but I don't have Outlook
2007 so I haven't the resources to try it myself.
