Outlook 2007
Exchange Server 2003 We would like to be able to create a public contact list that can be shared by multiple users whilst still maintaining our own private contact folder for use on our mobile phones. However our mobile phones will only retrieve contact information from our default Personal Contacts folder (not address book) so we need to be able to have the Public Contacts folder update our Private Contacts. All of the software that can be purchased to do this states that you should purchase the software vice a pricey exchange server, but we already have the pricey exchange server so I was hoping to not have to buy the 3rd party software. |
