our company has about a dozen phones and we would like to try placing calls
directly from Outlook contacts. I know this can be done, but keep getting error messages and am unable to make the call. Is there something different that needs to be set up to use company phone lines? We have voip. So how does it work? The q&a section didn't resolve the issue. |

Outlook is not in play here. Outlook is not a telephony application and has
no telephony capability. You appear to be in need of an application that does. Perhaps your VOIP provider can suggest some. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "EddieRobot" wrote in message ... our company has about a dozen phones and we would like to try placing calls directly from Outlook contacts.
