VoIP phone dialing from Microsoft Outlook 2003
How do I set up to use the dialer system for my computer to allow me to use
Voice Over Internet Protocol from Microsoft Office. I am running Microsoft Office 2003 Professional with my OS Windows Vista Home Premium. Do I need to add another product in order to achieve this. -- Helpful friend with moderate computer skills.

VoIP phone dialing from Microsoft Outlook 2003
Not an Outlook question. Outlook uses the Windows dialer. AFAIK, it only
