I often send to a broadcast list that changes frequently so I am constantly
being asked to 'Check Names'. In each case, when I cancel, I am required to locate, in a very small box with many names, the one name I am having a problem with, remove it and then restart the check names. Since I often I have 20-30 invalid addresses, I have to repeat this process of stopping and restarting many times. I'd like to be able to have Outlook simply skip/delete the incorrect entries. Is there any way of doing this? I can't believe I am required to do this one at a time. There's got to be a better way. Any ideas? Help! Training Goddess |

Assuming you are referring to a Distribution List, there's nothing you can
do. For that and other reasons, DL's are a poor choice for grouping recipients. Few people use DL's and most find better ways to group Contacts, like Categories or separate Contact Folders (or a different email program). -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Training Goddess" wrote in message ...
