Default Windows Contacts to Outlook2003? Possible or just a Fantasy?

Hey!

I've got Outlook 2003 that I've just started using. I've had it for awhile
but never bothered with it. Now that I have quite a number of e-mail
accounts, I'm sending all e-mails to Outlook. Somehow I imported and address
book with just e-mails from one of my e-mail providers and I don't know how I
did that--honestly!

But, I have tried every possible solution that I could think of to download
from Windows Contacts to a new address book in Outlook2003. NOTHING worked.
It it even possible to send contacts from one MS program to another, or did
they purposely make them mutually exclusive. I've got over 200 names and I
don't want to enter them one by one.

Any expert suggestions would be very much apprecaited!

Thanks,

Open Windows Mail, select File/Export/Windows Contacts. Use either format as
Outlook 2003 will allow both formats for importing into.

Open Windows Mail and select File/Export/Windows Contacts. Any format will
do as Outlook 2003 will import either.
