Good day to all,
The question I have is as follows... I have a client who has a contact list of around 2800 entries. He has an older pst file which has around 3500 entries. What he would like to do is compare both contact lists and show the list of contacts NOT duplicated in the other contact list so he can decide whether or not to import them. Is there any utility or procedure that can do this. Desperatly seeking help on this. |

Depends on what you mean by "duplicated". Does the entire record have to match? Is it sufficient for the "File As" to match? What about those entries where all existing data matches, but one entry contains more data than the other? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] Is there any utility or procedure that can do this.
