Default 2007 Outlook Contact Categories

When I sort my contacts by the catgories, can I then take that group of names
and categorize again with another category?

Yes, simply select any items you want to categorize.

Default 2007 Outlook Contact Categories

and once selected, right click them to set their Category which could be in
addition to the one they are in, or replace that one.
