Are you serious? What does this have to do with Outlook contacts?
Were you thinking that an email client could override your mail server's settings? Email is received in the order in which it was received by the server. You can't change that. You can certainly sort your Inbox any way your heart desires after the messages are received. Knock yourself out. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "William Woodson" wrote in message ... Where do I find the setting to fix this? 2. Even though I have selected names in my contacts to be listed by last name first, some contacts appear by first name. We have no idea what you mean by "contact list." It's not a term used by
Outlook nor anyone else. State what view you want to sort and what sort settings you specified. Outlook does what you tell it to. -- Russ Valentine "bryan long" wrote in message ... 1. Folders sets (PSTs) will display in the Nav Pane in the order in which you added them, from what I can tell. You can order folders in the Shortcuts view, but I don't think that's what you want. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
