I'm running office 2003 and when I add a contact in Outlook, after filling in
the info it seems no matter what i change it is displayed as "john jones" instead of "jones, john". Changing the "file as" field has no effect, neither does re-typing the name. This driving me nuts. What am I doing wrong? Any help appreciated. Thanks |
