Contacts are missing when I click the To, Cc, or Bcc buttons
I am setting up my new laptop and cannot get my contacts to show when
creating a new e-mail message in Outlook. I am using Vista Ultimate (64 bit) and MS Office 2007. I used the file transfer Wizard to move the files over (via USB cable), but gathered from other posts that this was not the best way. It is done, however. I tried to follow the procedures outlined in the Help File document with the above heading but on step #1 of Reset Outlook Address Book settings the “Remove” option is grayed out and I cannot proceed. What can I do to fix this? Jack
