Default How do I stop substitution of "Mom" for "Peggy" in addresses?

My daughter sends email to my wife with "Mom" as the name in the address
line. I usually get a copy. Somehow Outlook has picked this up. Whenever I
type "p" in the "To" or "Cc" line, which brought up Peggy's email address in
the past, I now get the correct address but it's identified as "Mom". I
don't call my wife "Mom", and it's going to confuse other folks to a
fare-thee-well when they see me sending a copy of something to "Mom".

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting

migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field.
To clear the entire cache, follow the instructions he
