Default Contacts with and without e-mail addresses

I have a fairly large contact list in Outlook 2003.
Some have names, physical addresses, and e-mail addresses, some have just
have the person's name and physical address with no e-mail address.
How do I seperate the ones with no e-mail address and get them into/onto a
label so that I can send them letters thru the US mail?
