I have uploaded my contacts via syncronizing with my mobile. When I type in a
name for a new mail message, the contact does not get recognized. I have to select another from the show more names button. There the contact appears, but its e-mail address does not show. Can somebody please help me? |

Synchronizing is not the best way to enter new data. Even though the email
addresses may have transferred correctly (and you should check to see if they did), Outlook will not have resolved them so they will not appear in the address book or a lookup until you open and save each record. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Carlo" wrote in message ... Did you check to see if the addresses are valid and resolved? Is the folder
in which they reside enabled as an email address book? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Carlo" wrote in message ...
