Our company has Outlook 2003 sp2 installed on Windows Server 2003 R2 sp1 -
Terminal Server. We have 15 users accessing this terminal server and only 2 of the 15 uers are unable to resolve email addresses displayed in Outlook Address Book\Contacts. When composing an email they select To... select show names from Outlook Address Book\Contacts. They select a name, (we validated the contact properties has an email address entry), it populates the To... with the Display As value. When you select Send or Check Name, the Check Names window pops up indicating ... Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize "the display as name", (No Suggestions). If I select Show more names, I again select the address and the Check Names window pops up again. I select Show more names, I again select the address and the email is delivered as expected. We have rebuilt their Outlook Profiles without success. Any suggestions are appreciated! |
