The problem I have is as follows: when I create a new e-mail message in
Outlook 2003, and I type a name from a contact that is on the global address list, then the X.500 address of this contact is displayed in the address line. E.g.: /o=company/ou=First Administrative Group/cn=Recipients/cn=username This behavior is unwanted, the first and last name of the contact should be inserted and underlined. When I double-click on this address, then the display properties of this name contains this X.500 address. When I send the message it is delivered correctly. I haven't this tried yet, but could this post from Microsoft solve the problem? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287623 (Reset completion cache) Thanks for any help, CF |

I managed to correct the problem by manually changing the properties of
the contacts that encountered this problem.
