Contact - scrambling of email addresses

HELP ! When using To, CC, BC to select names from contacts, the Display
Names and email addresses are being scrambled and do not match the name, yet
when I check the email address in actual contacts, the correct address is
loaded against the correct names. Any ideas why this is occurring / how to
fix.

At what point do they not match? Be very precise in describing the symptoms
and how to reproduce them. Make sure that you don't have more than one
Contacts folder.
