Default Printing a list of companies

I'd like to print just the name of the companies in the database. I can view
by company and collapse each group to show just the company, but when I print
it prints all of the contacts in each group (company). Help...

Default Printing a list of companies

Sorry - I'd like to print out a list of the companies I have in Contacts. I
have, e.g., 200 names of people that work for Kraft; I want Kraft to appear
once in the printout, not 200 times. I use Outlook 2007 and don't use
Business Contact Manager. Thanks

How many companies do you have?
Normally one uses a mail merge to customize printouts.
