I've read how a distribution list can be attached to an e-mail but I can't
find how the recipiant saves the file to their contact list. I sent a dist list to myself, opened the attachment and did a Save and Close but the list did not save. How can this be done. Thanks a bunch for your help. |

Carrie "Having a list" of addresses is certainly not the same thing as receiving a message with a Distribution List attached. Start a new topic and state your problem, giving details like your Outlook version and in what form your "list of people's emails" takes. -- Brian Tillman |

Thought this may help you; It seems that you are having trouble with your Microsoft Office Outlook. To choose which Microsoft Outlook version you are having trouble with, please follow the link provided. http://support.microsoft.com/select/...et=hub&c1=505& The link will direct you to a page where you can select what version of Microsoft Outlook is installed to your system. After you chose the proper version, you will be redirected to a page with help and how-to articles. On the same page, you can also opt to be in contact with a Microsoft Outlook Support Professional by clicking a link at the upper right part of the page. Carrie |

Apologise if it didn't. Good luck with finding the answer to your query. |

However, I had no query. Instead, I was trying to address your issue; the one you posted in this message: I'm trying to work this out as well. I have a list of over 400 people's emails. Surely i don't have to add them individually do i!? Can anyone help us? Carrie And I suggested that it would be better for you to open a new topic, which you did. I figured we were done here, since this topic really belonged to SITCFanTN. -- Brian Tillman |
